Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered against signature.

Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

They include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk. We can offer you insurance to protect a shipment. You must specify this when placing your order.

The parcels are sealed with a guarantee band. If this guarantee strip is damaged upon receipt of the package(s), you must express reservations to the carrier and confirm them by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
